Exhibition Cargo
Trade fair and exhibition cargo handling with on-site coordination
Exhibition cargo is judged by a single standard: it must be on the stand when the doors open. We plan backwards from the show date, confirming venue access slots, lifting restrictions and documentation requirements well before the exhibits leave origin.
Where exhibits will return, an ATA Carnet usually avoids duty and tax on temporary admission. We prepare the carnet, supervise the temporary import and make sure the document is discharged properly so no tax exposure remains after the show.

Frequently asked questions
What deadline should I plan for?
Exhibits should be available for collection at least two to three weeks before the show, and earlier where documents such as carnets must be issued first.
Can you deliver directly to my stand?
Yes, including stand delivery inside the venue where the organiser allows it, empty case collection and storage on site for the duration of the show.
What is an ATA Carnet and do I need one?
It is a temporary admission document that lets goods enter a country without duty or tax. It suits exhibits and equipment that return home after the event, and we handle the application, endorsements and discharge.
