Tell us origin, destination and cargo details. The more precise the dimensions, the more precise the rate.
What to include for an accurate rate
The more precisely you describe the shipment, the more precisely we can price it. There are no wrong answers here: if you are missing information, send what you have and we will ask the rest.
- Origin and destination — city or port and airport code if you have it, for example Shanghai (CNSHA) or Hamburg (DEHAM).
- Cargo description — what the goods are, number of packages and whether the cargo is stacked or loose.
- Dimensions and weight — per package is ideal. The form calculates volume and both air and sea chargeable weight.
- Incoterm — tells us which charges belong to your side of the deal.
- Ready date and deadline — the single most useful detail when space is tight.
Which mode will you be quoted?
Air freight & express
Charged on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight at 1 CBM = 167 KG. Best when the deadline matters more than the rate.
Ocean freight
LCL is charged on volume, FCL on the container, so the break-even is usually around 13 to 15 CBM per 20ft.
