Project Cargo Handling
Heavy lift, out-of-gauge and turnkey project logistics
Project cargo is planned long before it is moved. We start with the cargo itself, then work outwards: which crane can lift it, which route can carry it, which permits and surveys are needed, and where the cargo can be staged if a step slips.
Our project desk handles break bulk, flat rack, RoRo and heavy lift movements, and coordinates the multiple parties involved in a single interface. You get one project manager, one schedule and one point of accountability through to site handover.
Project Cargo Handling services include:
Route Survey
Bridge, crane and road permits reviewed and secured in advance.
Lifting Engineering
Lift plans, rigging studies and stability calculations provided.
Break Bulk & RoRo
Break bulk, flat rack, RoRo and lowbed trailer combinations.
Site Coordination
Single project manager coordinating all parties to site handover.

Frequently asked questions
When should we involve you in a project?
As early as possible. Route surveys, permits and lifting studies take time, and early involvement usually reduces cost by avoiding a design that cannot be transported.
Do you provide lifting plans?
Yes. Lift plans, rigging studies and stability calculations are prepared or reviewed by engineering partners and issued as part of the transport execution plan.
